TwinCAT - client server architecture - connector - python

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with controller development using TwinCAT system with a client-server architecture. The ideal candidate should have intermediate level expertise in TwinCAT and be able to use ADS communication protocol. The project requires the following skills:
