I have a consulting question for you. The thing is that I am using Python in chemical research on Lynex platform, using MDAnalysis and Terminal Vim. What's the difficulty - I don't have access to this platform from home, I only have it in the lab and I probably won't be able to show the screen. But I can't do what I need to do and I really need the help of a programmer to tell me where to poke.

Questions like this: i have a file with rmsd trajectory - rmsd.py. I see in it the data that I need to plot (i.e. rmsd_paa1.dat) and I can not get them from vim to the terminal on the computer. How do I get them out of there or plot them? What commands do I need to do this W
