Truck's loading optimization aplication (python)

i need to develope a project for optimizing a truck loading.
This process could be with boxes or pallets.
Boxes could be stacable or non stackable. Also could be "vertical mandatory" like a refrigerator or could be loaded hirizantaly or verticaly.
Trucks would be different with diferent sizes.
some sipment must be loaded on 1 truck or others that can be loaded on 2 trucks.
always the objective is to use the higher % of space on the selected truck.
Project should be implemented on python or java and should have the compatibility to be consume by a web API to send/receive the data to be optimized.
