Troubleshoot an Integer programming optimisation solution for scheduling problem

I have a python code which is supposed to solve an optimisation problem based on Integer programming approach. However the code is not working and showing infeasible solution. Full code is with me, just need you to understand and make it work for the schedule optimisation problem.
