Trial TOTP task for full time work: Python / Flask / Redis / TOTP (ONE DAY MAX)

We are a startup. We’re developing an email system with the following tech stack:
Backend: Flask (Python)
Database: MySQL
Session management: Redis
Frontend uses HTML templates with static files only (at the moment).
We are looking for a FULL-TIME employee (not agency) who can work with this tech stack and can work for us full time.
The below-mentioned project is a TRIAL for FULL-TIME work.
Please ONLY bid/apply when you are willing and have capacity to work full-time for us.
Requirements for full time work with us:
- Successful completion of the below-mentioned trial project.
- You MUST have good experience in the above-mentioned tech stack. Show references, please.
- No agency / company. You must be a single developer.
- Full-time work (after trial), no side jobs
- We are working in GMT+5:30 / GMT+7:00, 6 days a week, min. 8 hours a day
TRIAL project:
We’ll give you a VPS with Ubuntu.
Use the above-mentioned tech stack and develop a sample TOTP integration (Authy / Google Authenticator app).
Don’t use any API or external services.
You can use this library (or similar): https://github.com/pyauth/pyotp
The outcome of your development should show:
- I can access the web interface which you developed and add a new TOTP device (with Authy or Google Authenticator app).
- Give me recovery codes to download (txt file).
- After that, the website shows in my Authenticator app.
- After that I can verify one-time codes on the web interface.
- If I have lost my device, I can verify the same with my one-time codes.
- I can add as many devices as I like. I can also delete them.
Store user data and logs in a mySQL DB, not plain-text, but in a suitable format (explain why you use this format).
