Translate small Python/Tensorflow (v1) training implementation to C++(Qt)/Tensorflow (v2) & Keras

Hello,
I need someone who can reimplement/translate a small Python/Tensorflow command line app implementing a training based on data from a text file written with the Tensorflow 1 API and numpy into a Qt/C++ command line implementation using Tensorflow v2 and if needed / easier also Keras.
Currently the implementation generates text files storing the trained weights and biases, this shall be replaced by storing the entire model in a Tensorflow HDF5 format that can later on be used by another Tensorflow inference implementation.
The python implementation can be already found as an attachment. Have a look so you can get a better understanding if you can handle the job and how much work it will be for you. Note: The implementation of the Adam Optimizer shall be entirely replaced by the Tensorflow implementation of the Adam optimizer. So no need to translate the implementations of AdamW.py & AdamWParameter.py.
Sample training data will be provided when awarded.
