Translate 580 lines of R code into Python

Libraries used within R-Code:
dplyr, RODBC, tidyr, openxlsx, httr, jsonlite, lubridate

Task:
Entire script is about reading data from csv-files and transforming it to save the output in xslx.

Write TRANSFORM to be considered within the bidding process

Acceptance criteria:
The output-data of the R-Code needs to be the EXCAT same as the output-data from the python-code. As long as there are difference project cannot be concluded.
