Transformer model with custom architecture in Tensorflow and Python

I'm looking for an experienced and proficient machine learning engineer to build a custom transformer model for learning purposes. You should know very well: TensorFlow and Python.

The goal of this project is to create a custom transformer model from scratch, taking into account my specific preferences outlined by me in PM, and provide pre-training and fine-tuning steps. The dataset is not important because it is for learning purposes. I will provide the dataset format so you can adapt the model to it, basically one sample have 2 texts and 1 number/score, like the matching score of those 2 texts.

This project is nothing special. I just want to learn on concrete examples rather than reading all the book on that topic.

If somebody really knows his job very well, then probably he will build the model right away, without wasting time searching, or copy-paste from internet. It should not take much time just to build the model as is, considering my preferences.

Note:
I'm looking for a professional who can complete this task efficiently and is committed to delivering high-quality work. Time-wasters or those relying heavily on existing solutions, or just doing copy-paste and then claiming how difficult it was, not need to apply :-)
