Trainer for Chatbot

We need a trainer for a chatbot project for a period of 2 months. The training will b for 3-4 hours per day. Trainer should be very proficient in Python based chatbots. Development experience using Rasa framework is very desirable. The trainer should be able to train the engineers, help then develop small POC applications, evaluate their work and to make sure that the trainees are ready for deployment in projects in 8 weeks
