Train object and create weight file

I am using labelimg software to label my dataset after labeling i need to train image so to get weight file and than to evaluate weight file.
issue is when i start training current avg loss = nan, and if i evaluate with weight file i got nothing.

my requirement from lancer
1. to cure the error
2. payment is only be done after successful cure of error and check train image
