Traffic Monitoring Object Detection with OpenCV

I'm looking for a deep learning and OpenCV expert who can build an object detection application for monitoring traffic through a camera application.

Key requirements:
- The application should primarily detect vehicles, as the main goal is to monitor traffic.
- It should be capable of detecting a variety of vehicles including cars, bicycles, and buses.
- Experience with AXIS Object Analytics is a plus, as this could potentially be used in the project.

Ideal skills include:
