Hello,

I am developing a traffic light controller with Neuro Fuzzy method using Matlab's ANFIS toolbox and after I finish the project, I want to have a simulation added to my work, the simulation will be managed according to the neuro fuzzy rules in the ".fis" file I will provide.

1-) The simulation will be managed with Neuro Fuzzy rules in the “.fis” file I will give.

2-) how many vehicles passed in each lane will be shown on the screen.

3-) The elapsed time will be displayed on the screen.

4-) the number of waiting vehicles will be displayed on the screen.

5-) When the ambulance, fire truck and similar vehicles arrive at the traffic light, you will need to do coding so that traffic light will automatically turn green and the other lights will turn red.

6-) In order to control the simulation for an equal time apart from the fuzzy rules (for example, green light will be on for 30 seconds for each direction), a button and functionality must be added to the simulation and you have to code it. I need this because I want to show the difference between traffic light controlled by Fuzzy rules and conventional traffic light controlled by timer

7-) Vehicles of different types, colors and sizes must be included in the simulation, at least 7 and at most 10 different vehicles.

Also, 2-3 more features need to be added to the simulation as above (I will explain them later).

Finally, If you have done such a Simulation Project before, I would appreciate it if you could give me the link of the video of the simulation as reference. In addition, please indicate with your bid how long it will take to complete the Simulation project after you selected as Freelancer and with which software or programming language you intend to use for the simulation.
