TradingView Indicator Data Export

This project is for the data export of DBSI indicator on Tradingview. The indicator does NOT export with the built in tradingview export option.
I need the data to be sent to a csv file, updating the file whenever the candle closes.
The program must be able to select different timeframes. The information then must be able to simultaneously be sent to their respective csv file.
The program needs to be able to run in the background.
