Trading system!

I start to say that the budget is fixed and no rum for negotiation and I will reject and cancel milestone if the freelancer disappears in the middle of a conversation or just disappears without explanation.
The objective is to create a WhatsApp and telegram bot I know for a fact that it is only copying the same script for Telegram so there is no writing again, don’t say it is more work and costs IT DOSE NOT.
The bot will have a client register and main part and a client main management section where it is possible to add, update and remove different functions in the chat.
50% of admin management has been done in Python/Django which part is unknown the server is ready, and Twilio account.
Some questions that you may have will be answered down below :
*The admin panel is a web interface built on Django and the two other schema attachments are on bots (Whatsapp/Telegram.
*It's my own trading platform It is my own virtual trading system this won’t go over to another existing trading platform
*It is just a matter of collecting user input through the bots and storing them in the database
when a user opens the Exchange feature, we take some input from him and store it in the database
*Here no limits on trading and there are trading fees that the platform deducts.
*The bot uses a scraper to get live pricing.
*I don't know what is what functions are functional or not the previous developer did not give any documentation.
*The idea is to create a scraper no matter the broker it is, it can be gold from netadmin btc from binance stock from stock exchange you get the idea. To clarify, a "scraper" is a bot that grabs price information from online web pages.
*again there is no actual exchange the client buys and sells from the information it gets after he can see if there is profit or loss, if profit he can take out and we pay the original sum + profit after that we take % as commission
In the files section, there are schematics, doc file with an explanation and django video and structure source code will be given until the milestone is accepted by the developer please read before and bid.
I need someone to finish the rest of the job in admin and the WhatsApp & Telegram buttons.
Please make documentation on what is missing and not missing what is fully functional and not.
The work can be done on Twilio sandbox till it is ready then we go live with a phone number for WhatsApp and Telegram.

Need Installation, backup function in the admin section, and documentation on the work with instructions on how to install and maintain the admin and the bot in the future if anything goes wrong.
The deadline is 6 days starting today.
