Building a trading platform in phases. This scope is for the 1st phase. In scope modules - forecasting, strategy builder, backtesting, trading and risk management. In total, I estimate it may take 1-3 months (~40 hours per week) to develop. Expertise needed in Python, C, Cloud for hosting, UI and ancillary tech.
Prefer to sign up with hourly billing with minimum commitment. Open to other commercial structure.
