Trading bot that will use scripts and filters

I'm looking to have a bot created that will run scripts on a crypto marketplace linked below

The main features will be

-Use the filters on the site to search

-be able to operate multiple accounts at once

-If possible have direct calls with smart contracts so it can buy the items before they get listed for the normal eye

-If above isn't possible then ideally needs to be as fast as possible as buying as it's a loaded marketplace with other bots.
