Trading bot/auto trading (Python and Interactive Brokers API)

I am looking to create a trading bot/auto trading project that implements a proprietary systematic trading strategy. I have a detailed set of rules and I would like the bot to make one trade per day. The bot should be able to make trades in Python and using the Interactive Brokers API. The successful applicant should have strong experience with algorithmic trading, and the ability to develop a fully fledged trading system. The successful applicant must understand and have hands-on experience with the Interactive Brokers API. They must also possess advanced knowledge of various trading strategies and strategies for order management. I am looking for an individual/team who can deliver a high-quality solution and who possess an outstanding work ethic. I can provide a detailed specification document to those who are interested. I would also like a week of quality testing in a love account included in the proposal and quote.
