Trading Strategy with DhanHQ Api in Python

I am looking for an experienced programmer to develop a day trading strategy with the DhanHQAPI in Python. Specifically, I am looking for a strategy with a short-term time frame (minutes to hours). Additionally, I need the strategy to be able to simulate the strategy through backtesting and paper trading. I will provide further details to those experienced in the field.
