I need to hire I recruiter to manage a developer through my contract of mind and priced/listed out all the api's costs and tell me the vendor in which he price the api's with so I can go and make purchase from them myself. After he does that I will purchase the API’s and I would like a recruiter to manage the developer in doing the job for me after I have purchase All my Api’s. Also I would like to how much will it be to hire a recruiter the manage both processes for me.
