Tracking Strike Action Carried out by Healthcare Professionals

In this project I hope to collect data from different social media platforms, analyse it, and
consolidate it so that it can determine the prevalence of protest, as well as its
characteristics, such as who is involved, the issues being challenged, the protest action
taken, their demand, the location, size and duration of the protest also the current status of
the protest carried out and the impact on other area such as social, economic and political
by the strikes. This project would ideally result in an automatically updated database with
fully prepared datasets which will be then used by researchers. However, other protest
tracker system set their database manually so this would be a unique approach to have
protest data regarding health workers strikes for further investigation.
