Tool to summarize YT video with GPT 3 or alternatives

Dear freelancer,
I am interested in getting an automation that can provide a summary of a YouTube video based on a link provided.
So for example I enter a link and the video is processed. So auto-transcription needs to take place. Then based on this transcription a summary is provided using an NLP model. Preferably GPT3 or alternatives with similar quality. As you can see there are two components to the solution.
Please reach out to me an let me know whether you think this is doable. Obviously the quality of the summary in the end should be of a very good quality and everything should be automated.
Preferable the solution is coded in python.
