Hi, I'm looking for a programmer who can create a tool to rename and organize anime, series and movies, music, audiobooks and eBooks etc. Subsequently, two more apps are to be created that build on this tool and then process the files further.

My requirements are:

-rebuilt app like https://www.tinymediamanager.org, https://www.filebot.net/ and https://www.danhinsley.com/ (MetaX)
-simple license system, username/email and password or a reg file?
-for Windows (with a proper installation routine and as .exe file!!)
-python
-modern GUI and (CLI) command line usage, powerful and fully functional cmdline interface and scripting interface for any kind of automation
-source code !!! (well documented)

-extensible
-Retrieve data directly from the website !!!
-prepare for API usage (if the API is free and freely available)
-Option for (hidden) autostart
-Add presets, preset for e.g. emby/plex/kodi....

-move files after renaming to predefined path
-Retrieve data directly from the anime, series and movie database website,
