Tool to create whatchlists in tradingview

I need a tool to make whatchlists for tradingview with the usdt or busd pairs of binance, gate.io, kucoin, and also the futures of each platform. The lists must be able to be created by exchange and by type of pair (usdt, busd, etc). I also need to somehow know when there is a new symbol released on each platform (if you can reflect that they are new). It can be created in a file that exports symbols in .txt or directly synchronized with tradingview.
