Tissue Dissociator app on Python

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Tissue Dissociator app using Python.
I have an app for a Tissue dissociator, but it is quite crude and does not work as well as i intended. I was wondering if I gave you what I have, and all the parts that work with the python code, you could turn it into a finished product? thanks. No budget ATM, let me know how much it would cost.
The app has a chatgpt API in one of the pages- for this, i need there to be a UI surrounding it, and it needs to be responsive.
The other pages are all on one document, and I request that you also try to organize each into its own file. below is the entire project with all the test parts nad everything - the file you need to look at is testcsvcopy.py. PLEASE DM me if you have any questions.
It is important to note that there is an existing code base to work with.
There is a homepage, there will be a page to create sequences, there is a page to select sequences to execute, tehre is an execute page, and there is a login page, etc.
