Hello,
I need someone to help forecast a univariate timeseries. All I am interested in knowing is whether the next point will be a 1 or not, so the candidate can also turn this into a binary classification problem.
The dataset at hand is not too big (300 rows).
To have an idea about what the data looks like, please have a look at the screenshot attached.
The chosen candidate is likely to be chosen for the next (similar) project.
Please only post a bid if you have real experience with this kind of tasks
The final solution can be in R, in python and even in matlab
