Time series forecasting with Python -- 2

I would need a comparison of four different models for a time series forecasting project. The four algorithms that need to be implemented are
- Fast Fourier Transform Forecasting model (FFT)
- Theta model
- Multi layer perceptron model (MLP)
- Convolutional Neural Network model (CNN)
I want the prediction on an hourly resolution. The single variable which needs to be forecasted is the PM25 value from the attached dataset. PM 2.5 refers to a category of particulate pollutant.
The implementation should be in python using a jupyter notebook.
