Time based series data prediction / forecast

I have 2 years of data stored in MySQL. What I am looking for is to have a predictive model to forecast outward then store the data back into MySQL. Would like this to do this daily.

Any method is on the table, could be python, c#, ML or anything really. Needs to be reliable and show the stats behind its method to prove the forecast.
