Time Series Forecast & Interactive Dashboard

I'm in need of a freelancer with strong Python skills. I require a time series forecast for my Twitter dataset. The forecast should be for 1, 3, and 7 days ahead. The key deliverable is 3 dynamic dashboards that display this forecast in real-time.
Key Points to Note:
- **Programming Language**: Python
- **Time Series Forecasting**: The freelancer is expected to have a solid understanding of time series forecasting methods. The deliverables should include 2 Neural Network and 2 autoregressive models (ARIMA, SARIMA etc…). The validation should demonstrate each model performance.
- **Dynamic Dashboard**: I'm looking for a dashboard that's dynamic and interactive. It should display the forecast for the Twitter data using a visually appealing interface.
- **Real-time Data Updates**: The dashboard should be capable of updating in real-time to reflect any changes in the forecast.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have proven experience in time series forecasting, Python programming, and developing interactive dashboards. A solid grasp of data visualization principles would be a plus. The output should be in a form of a python file with 4 models above and related dynamic visualizations. The text preprocessing is required and can be done in any necessary technologies (HADOOP/SPARK,NOSQL/SQL databases) - screenshots of the bash code are required.
