I am looking for a skilled Python developer who can help me with Time Series Clustering for demand and supply energy Prediction. The project involves 15 columns (provinces) and 26352 rows of data.
Time Frame: The demand and supply energy data is hourly.
Clustering Algorithm: I prefer using LSTM algorithm, but I am open to other suggestions if you have any better ideas.
Labeled Data: I have labeled data for training the clustering model.
