TikTok Creator Database Scraping Bot for Django Website

I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a TikTok bot that will scrape the creator's database periodically. The scraped data will be saved and displayed on a Django website.

Key Requirements:
- Must assist in deploying fresh new server and installing Django site on my server.
- The bot should be able to scrape the TikTok creator's database every 3-4 days. (flexible)
- The database should be stored and displayed on the Django website.
- Displayed information should include the creator's profile information, such as username, bio, and follower count.
- Displayed information should "only" include users with email addresses.
- 2nd bot should run and check the bio links for obtaining other social media links and/or other emails.

Filters are as following:

- Engagement Rate (%): 0, 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, Any

- Search Bio: Username or Keywords
- Search Caption Keywords
- Search Hashtags
- Latest Upload: Anytime, within 3 days, within 7 days, within 30,90,365 days
