Three functions for freelancer.

I am searching for a freelancer to implement limit functions in Node.
It should call the limit order function in 1inch and place orders.
Really simple Node/Python script no fancy logic, just set limit price for a specific 1inch.exchange pair.
The node script should contain 3 functions.
Ideally you go through Infura to create the orders.
Please provide install instructions for node or a docker as well.
1) limit_buy_order(pair, price, amount)
2) limit_sell_order(pair, price, amount)
3) cancel_order(identifier)
