Threat modeling tool

i am looking for a threat modeling tool based on django and sqlite DB, the tool shoud provide below requirments:
- login/signup system based on a unique user and organization
- collect information about business services and its criticality based on each organization/user.
- generate a diagram showing all collected services and its criticality in a table and a chart.
- collect infrastructure assets per each service, and assign each asset to a predefined category
- Generate a DFD diagram per service based on collected assets at previous stage.
