The Email l Campaign Script Optimization – Improve Deliverability & Beacon Tracking

I have a Python-based GUI script designed to send email campaigns to up to 5,000 recipients. The script uses a pre-designed HTML template and sends personalized emails. While the system works, we're encountering serious deliverability issues—specifically, Gmail is detecting our activity as spam or bot-like behavior, which leads to our emails being blocked or sent to the spam folder.

I’m looking for an experienced email deliverability expert and Python developer to:

Review and optimize the existing Python script (Tkinter GUI-based)

Improve deliverability and reduce Gmail detection

Ensure effective integration of a beacon URL (which tracks recipient activity and sends data to our admin panel)

Implement best practices for headers, delays, throttling, email formatting, and sending patterns

Recommend or implement reliable SMTP strategies (AWS SES is preferred but open to alternatives)

Ensure compliance with email sender policies to avoid blacklisting


Requirements:

Proven experience with Python and email sending automation

Deep understanding of Gmail’s spam filters, email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

Experience with beacon/pixel tracking in HTML emails

Familiarity with Amazon SES or similar SMTP services

Ability to test and validate results with inbox placement analysis

Note: after project awarding it was your responsibility to send 5000 emails, it's doesn't matter which service provider you are using or doing free of coast.
