We need a text to speech and voice to text engine which can
- Train the voices using select mp3 or wav file (example record video or audio from your own). Need a simple training method like import WAV / MP3 and the voice be trained.
- The output should be if we input a video / audio with many voices, trained voice need to be recognized and transcript (the whisper API of open AI could do this but can not recognized voice)
- Use the select trained voice to do text to speech
We prefer using python , you could suggest some engine which be good: example hifiGAN
The voice after trained need to speak verry good Vietnamese and English
We need to talk verry clearly about

- Your previous project regarding about text to speech
