Tesseract installation

Hi,

1. full installation of Tesseract 4.1 or another stable version on ubuntu 18.04
2. 2 options for the installation
- you will send full documation
- on zoom session while you we deliver the commands and i will write the commands at the terminal.
** please note the payment deliver will be after finish the installation and check it. **
3. add more language to the engine
4. test it on one single page pdf
