Terra Blockchain sniper expert needed

I need a token sniper program for the terra blockchain.
I imagine that this will have a python element running to check the following:
1) token liquidity has been added to an amm
2) token liquidity meets a sufficient minimum
I then need the python element to call a smart contract which will purchase the new token X using my existing token Y, which I have approved the smart contract to spend.
