Temperature Analysis with Python

I have a dataset related to the temperature archive for the last 73 years. This dataset is in 73 parts; that is, the part related to each year is separate. So we need to combine them first and get a single dataset. Secondly, we must find and specify the times and places where the temperature was above 50 degrees. Now it can only be done for each year; suppose, in these 73 years, the temperature has risen above 50 degrees a total of 47 times at 54 different places, so the code must have the ability to specify these.
