The Telegram bot must have the ability to answer FAQs, send automated messages, rename telegram files or video, merge video or file, with thumbnail and caption support . Also bot support premium plans for users who want to buy premium subscription . Additionally, I have a specific design in mind that I would like the bot to be tailored to. And I have a koyeb , heroku and AWS as a hosting sites . Lastly, I am looking for the bot to be developed with the language Python.
