Telegram bot with a bit of crypto

I need a telegram bot that can track the deposit to the wallet as well as release funds from the same wallet upon confirmation
Basically a simple process that requires a bit of understanding of crypto
And other stuff that are simple for bot to do like user registration and stuff but that is not Crypto
To be considered for this work you need to have crypto understanding otherwise you will not be a good fit and we will have dispute as that is the make and break for me.
