Telegram bot to grab Tweets and forward in groups

In need of someone capable to build a python script which I can run and monitor certain twitter accounts and grab photo + text tweets and send them to Telegram groups/channels required.
Some tweets don't have maybe photo attached, in this scenario I would need to be able to set a pre-defined package of photos which can be displayed randomly to those type of tweets along with the text.
