Telegram bot in Python (that can send a notification for new leads)

I am looking for help in creating a Telegram bot in Python that can send real-time push notifications for new leads. No database is required and the notifications should be sent through an instant message. I want to ensure that I won’t miss out on any opportunities as a result of being unavailable to manually check my leads. Operating this bot would be of immense help to me and I am hoping to find a Freelancer who could make this happen!
