Telegram bot in Python programming language

I am looking for someone with expertise in Python to create an advanced Telegram bot. This bot should be able to do a few different tasks. It needs to be able to greet new members in the Telegram channel, moderate chat is necessary, and provide analytics on the chat. I do not have any existing code that can be used and am not familiar with Python, so the project will need to be done from the ground up. The complexity of the bot will be advanced as I need it to be strong and robust. If you have the skills to create a great Telegram bot, I would love for you to be a part of this project.
