Telegram automation

So we have a couple of telegram channels which are associated with different categories some of them are like e-commerce deals and some of them are like stock market content so what we have to do, We have to copy paste messages from those channels and just post on our channel is right away (in real time sync) so we have to achieve all these things to automation where manually efforts are not required.
