Telegram Trading Signal Automation

I need a Python developer to create a Telegram trading signal bot for Bybit USDT perpetuals.

Requirements:
- Scan Bybit perpetuals every minute
- Alerts for:
- Volume and liquidity changes
- Pumps and dumps
- Breakout detection
- Filters: volume, liquidity, volatility spikes, and pump/dump events
- Send alerts to my Telegram ID using a bot
- Use a Bybit read-only API for market data
- will include how I want signals to look

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Python- other coding
- Experience with Telegram
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency trading and Bybit platform
- Strong knowledge of market indicators and data analysis
