Telegram Trading Bot Developer

I'm in need of an experienced Python programmer to develop a Telegram trading bot for me. The bot is required to have the following functionalities:
- Provide real-time market updates.
- Execute buy/sell signals specifying the time and currency to be traded in binary options.
In terms of trading signals, they should be applicable for different currencies with 1-minute timeframes especially for EUR/USD. Your experience with developing trading bots, understanding of binary options and proficiency in Python will be a plus for this project.
