Telegram Trading Bot

I have a Telegram bot that I want to perform all these tasks:

**Core Bot Functionality:**
The bot sends recommendations to users after they send the `/recommend` command, then displays automatic selection menus for:
- Saudi Market: Buy/sell recommendations only
- US Market: Buy/sell recommendations for stocks or options contracts (appears as two options when US market is selected)
- Cryptocurrencies: Buy/sell recommendations
- Commodities: Technical outlook and target identification

Then it sends a trade duration selection menu with these options:
- Instant
- Scalping
- Swing
- Weekly
- Bi-weekly
- Mid-term
- Long-term

**Chart Timeframe Selection:**
- If "Instant" is selected: displays timeframe options (1 minute, 3 minutes) as a selection menu
- If "Scalping" is selected: displays timeframe options (5 minutes, 10 minutes)
- If "Swing" is selected: displays timeframe options (15 minutes, 30 minutes)
- Weekly analysis: uses 1-hour timeframe
- Bi-weekly analysis: uses 2-hour timeframe
- Mid-term analysis: uses 4-hour timeframe
- Long-term analysis: uses daily timeframe

**Recommendation Content:**
- Clear analysis
- Attached chart with analysis
- For options: strike price, contract expiration date, and contract price
- Dynamic confidence percentage based on the bot's analysis
- Clear targets and justified stop-loss levels
- Attached chart with analysis
- If financial analysis indicator is selected: provides professional PDF report including all key financial indicators, company financial reports analysis, objectives, and ongoing projects. The report includes watermarks with the bot name and my name

**Required Indicators (with >95% accuracy and intelligence):**
1. Elliott Waves + Fibonacci + RSI (must understand all basic/non-basic conditions, all criteria, wave types, and make comprehensive predictions)
2. Classical Analysis + RSI (includes all classical analysis patterns, their targets, and all related conditions/criteria)
3. Support/Resistance and Trend Analysis (includes all conditions and criteria)
4. Candlestick Analysis (all types, reversals, and interpretations)
5. Financial Analysis (all key indicators and company financial statement analysis)
6. Time Analysis and Reversal Cycles (Gann cycles)
*Critical: The bot must fully understand and be able to analyze/draw all indicator criteria on charts

**Key Bot Features:**
- Records each recommendation with entry price
- Trades after their duration expires
- Analyzes success rate based on used indicators
- Stores data to generate accuracy statistics per indicator
- Continuous automatic analysis
- Sends automatic alerts when targets are hit or stop-loss is triggered

**Reports:**
- Daily Brief Report: 9 AM (Saudi time)
- Weekly Detailed Report: Saturday at 1 PM (Saudi time)
- Includes general analysis, indicator analysis, global economic/financial news (from top sources), and news relevant to your watchlist
- All reports sent as PDFs via Telegram
- Each report includes bot name and my name
- Separate reports for each of the four main markets

**General Notes:**
- Data sources: TradingView, Tadawul (for Saudi market), Investing.com, Yahoo Finance (fallback option)
- Bot intelligence and accuracy must exceed 95%
- Continuous automatic improvement and development
- Everything must be real and factual (no estimations or simplifications)
