Telegram Task Manager Bot Development

I need a task tracker Telegram bot on Aiogram and PostgreSQL to function as a task manager. Something similar to Trello.com
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creating tasks in the chat through a bot
2. Adding deadlines and assignees to tasks
3. Reminding about upcoming deadlines and overdue tasks
4. The ability to mark tasks as completed
[Optional] 5. An admin dashboard with the following functionality available via a WebApp: [Optional]
Who created which tasks
Which tasks were delayed and by whom
What tasks are currently in progress
6. A list of all active tasks in the chat
7. Reminders in direct messages
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience in developing Telegram bots
- Proficient in programming languages suitable for bot development (Python, Postgresql, Aiogram)
- Ability to integrate task management features into the bot
- Excellent understanding of Telegram's API
- Prior experience in creating bots for similar purposes will be a plus.
