Telegram Shill bot needs ADJUSTMENTS -- 2

For a Telegram shills bot I need to have the following adjustments made, At this moment it gets the messages from a MONGOdb, the messages now are just one single line of text like this example:

NEEDED:

Add Big shill messages, with links and image like in the added example
Messages who post Gif files into the chat (without using or seeing the web address in front)
The ability to post stickers (so in the text part you need a find a way to post the sticker with ID or something)

In the python script I need to be able to set the hours the script runs. and now when it does not find messages it stops running, I need it to try again after the given interval time, this give me the opportunity remove the old messages from the database all together and make new ones with the script stopping

I need to be able to do it myself so you need to show my on my computer with Teamviewer or Ultraviewer
