Telegram Shill bot needs ADJUSTMENTS.

For a Telegram shills bot I need to have the following adjustments made - PLEASE READ FIRST
At this moment it gets the messages from a MONGOdb, the messages now are just one single line of text
NEEDED:
The ability to post stickers
Add Big shill messages, with links and image like in the added example
Messages who post Gif files into the chat (without using or seeing the web address in front
I need to be able to do it myself so you need to show my on my computer with Teamviewer or Ultraviewer
