Telegram PoC, Premium Emoji + Buttons

I need a PoC code in Python that sends a premium emoji to a channel and that the message contains buttons. In other words, the animated premium emoji needs to be in the message that has buttons. After the proof video, I will pay for the code. In the attached video, I show an example of what I need; in the video, an image contains a premium emoji with the button right below in same message.
